How do I enroll in a course?

You can enroll in a course by clicking the “Enroll Now” button and completing the payment process, or enrolling for free if the course is available at no cost.

Can I access my courses on multiple devices?

Yes, you can access your courses on multiple devices.

How do I get started with my courses?

You get started with your course by login with your email and password, if you enroll in a live class, check you’re email for login information.

How long will I have access to my purchased courses?

You get instant access to all your purchased courses. Your access to your purchased course is durable upon the completion of your course or courses.

Can I pause and resume my courses anytime?

Yes. you can pause your courses at any time. However, you must resume and complete the course before the or within the time frame that was given to you during your enrollment for the course to receive credit for the course. If the coursework is not completed within the time frame, learner will not receive credit or refund for the course.

What type of reward learner receives after completing the course?

Learner receives a certificate for each course after full completion or a diploma after full completion of the program

Is the certificate or diploma being state recognized?

No, they are not. However, the certificate or diploma show proof that you received the proper education in the subject matter and you are qualified to secure employment in the area of the subject matter.

What Payment methods is accepted?

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with a course?

Once you start the course online or attended in person you will be refunded. However, if you register for a course and you change your mind for ever reason and request a refund, yes you will be refunded 75 percent of your payment because you did not start the course or attended the class.

Are they any hidden fees when purchasing a course?

  No there are no hidden fees whatsoever.

How can I track my course progress?

Everything is your dashboard from the time you start the course to the time you end the course.
All your activities about the course are registered on your dashboard.

Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
